Q. How fast are the Infodash Modems?

A. Infodash’s modems follow the latest v.92 Standard for dial-up connection. Also, many of our service areas have ultra-fast ADSL connections which allow always on connections up to 50 times faster than 28.8kps dial-up.

Q. Can Infodash host my web page?

A. Infodash offers a full range of web solutions to suit your individual needs. We cater to the smallest to the largest, including domain names, CGI-bin directories and much more. We have pre-bundled packages, or create your own from our ala carte services. You may request information on our web hosting services by sending an email to: webhost@infodash.com

Q. How will I get started once I am home?

A. For dial-up access, we will provide you with an easy to install diskette or cd and complete instructions. ADSL connections also come with easy to follow step-by-step guides. If you have any trouble at all, our Internet Technicians are only a phone call away.

Q. How much can I use the Internet?

A. We encourage our customers to use the Internet to its fullest potential. With Dial-up service, our Ultimate Package is not limited and the Getting Started Package offers 12 hours of time on-line per month. Our ADSL accounts are unlimited and often viewed as ‘always on’ connections.
